On your road to become Caesar there are three different stages you have to know:
Starting Phase: From level 1 to level 10
Note:Although this is the beginning of your career, you still have the right to attack rebel cities or participate in the war simulation of the Senate.
Middle Phase: From level 11 to level 20
Note: Players at this stage can own up to 10 cities, fight against rebel cities, participate in war simulation and attack the Front Troops of the Axis of Independent.
Final Phase: From level 21 to level 30
Note: Before Caesar, you will become a member of the Senate and have the right to deal with national affairs.
